Cottonwood Residential is continuing to rev up its branding as Courtney Oaks is renamed to Cottonwood Reserve. The timing was perfect for the community to make this exciting change.
LEASING UP BRAND-NEW APARTMENTS: With move-ins starting this month for its recently completed expansion featuring 72 additional apartment homes, Cottonwood Reserve’s experience lives up to the hype. Its brand-new apartments are deluxe, with spacious one and two-bedroom floor plans that boast quartz countertops, fully-equipped island kitchens, plank-style flooring, and custom cabinetry.
UPPING THE AMENITIES: There’s also plenty of wow factor in Cottonwood Reserve’s premier community amenities. Residents enjoy hanging out at the gorgeous resort-style pool with sundeck, getting in top shape at the 24-hour spin and yoga fitness studio, and hanging out in the stylishly remodeled club room.
MORE TO COME: The first two communities to adopt the new brand, Cottonwood Westside and Cottonwood Bayview, made the change in February of this year. Cottonwood Reserve will soon be followed by Courtney Manor, which is preparing to transition to the Cottonwood brand in the coming months.
