“We’re thrilled to have so many people here to experience Murano,” remarked Brandy Hall, VP of Property Management at Cottonwood Residential. “It’s been exciting to let people see our unique location and amenities.”
The event took place at the Murano Apartments property, located at 9932 Grande Lakes Boulevard in Orlando, Florida. The location is minutes away from the Mall at Millennia, SeaWorld, and International Drive.
Showing appreciation to residents was a big part of the celebration. According to Murano Community Manager Lindsey Gay, “We threw this party in part to thank residents for their support as we’ve been putting the finishing touches on the community.”
Residents and guests alike took part in the festivities, which featured a rock climbing wall, interactive photo booth, live DJ from AMP 101.9, and pedestal jousting. Top Orlando food trucks were on hand, including Mi Casita, Ice Cream Social, and The Crepe Company. Guests were also able to tour the community and take advantage of one-day-only leasing incentives.
“We couldn’t have done this without the help of our local and national business partners,” mentioned Matt Bullock, Director of Marketing at Cottonwood Residential. “They generously sponsored raffle items, event materials, and contributed towards food and activities.”
Cottonwood’s participating national sponsors included Yardi Systems, CoStar, Satisfacts, Multifamily Traffic, J Turner Research, Ad Concepts, Rooof.com, Whirlpool, Rent Dynamics, Maintenance Supply Headquarters, HD Supply, CoreLogic, Resident Indemnity Management, CURe, Rainmaker LRO, and RentPath.
Local business partners included AT&T, Brighthouse, Jones Corporate Cleaning Services, Jamba Juice, and Resident Services Network.
