WHAT’S COMING NEXT?

Millcreek Common is continuing to grow. Phase 2 is underway just north of the plaza, with plans for additional green space, a splash creek, skate canyon, children’s play areas, mini golf and more gathering spaces. The area is also expected to welcome its first hotel near City Hall, adding another new destination to the neighborhood.

For residents of Cottonwood Highland, The Richmond and The Westerly, there’s even more to look forward to just outside their front doors.
